This is a picture of the screen with images ready to be cut on it. I love this because it shows exactly where they will cut on the mat. Really no more guessing the size it will print.
And then she tells you when she is cutting, so sweet and smart!!! LOL
Here she is in all her cutting glory.
I was just playing around with all the screens! I hit fill the page and look at what happened! It's like an E2 miracle.
I am loving the touch screen, it is super easy to use. I know that Kel has the Gypsy and the touch screen is not so easy. They must have taken that into consideration. I have to say right of the box, I was able to cut without to much fanfare. I am really digging it so far.

I do have a question for those that have one. Can you move the image around on the mat? I can't see to do that.
Who says fanfare really?? LMFAO.. just kidding ya.. I lub her.. she is beautiful. I can't wait to come and see it in action! I do love my Gypsy with the whole screenage vs. the overlay bidness..screen is great! Best of luck with your new E2! Did you get a new mat and a new flippety flip with it too?
ReplyDeleteI am so happy you got the new machine. cant wait to see what you make with it. I watched it on tv it looks really cool and it has those neat carts with it. hugs
ReplyDeleteOnly way to move things on the mat is to use the space and the hard return icons. It isn't like the gypsy screen where you can place it anywhere you like. However the spacer and the hard return are helpful when cutting from different paper. with some experimentation youcan put things in the different quadrents.
ReplyDeleteHowever it works great with the gypsy plugged in just have to make sure the gypsy and the E2 are updated. I've had mine for a week and been playing around with it. Very smooth and somewhat quieter than the regular expression. I also tried it with my imagine cartridge and it works fine doesn't print but you can cut the shapes out of your own paper. Have a few cards I made with it will post them later. I just got home from work and need to sleep. Later!
Congratulations on the safe arrival of your E2!! Your post made me laugh. You sound like a proud new parent!! I know you'll enjoy this and I'm looking forward to seeing all your wonderful projects!!
