Football Week Day 5 (super, super easy page)

Good Friday morning! Yay for Friday!!!  I can't believe its March 1st!!!  Thanks so much for sticking with us this week. I hope you found this week informative and inspirational!!

This was the easiest page of all. The brown border and the word football are all one piece, Dawn cut it from the Silhouette!  So adorable!  I adhered that to a 12x12 creme sheet of paper. The football and the word football on the top are recollections 3D stickers and I only matted on picture adhere them all down and the page is done!! Really that simple.

Thanks again for stopping by!  Have a great weekend!!!

Football Week Day 4

Good morning, I can't believe we are on day 4 already. This week is just flying by!  I hope everyone is having a great week!

Although it may look like there is a lot going on on this page, there really isn't!!

StampinUP 12x12 paper (the green paper)
The newspaper like paper from my stash, ripped and then inked the edges. Crazy that my son's team is the Eagles and this paper has the title "Eagles Try Again"
4 pictures
The word Freshman cute from George and the Basic Stone outlined the letters in white pen and done!!!

Another 30 minute page!

Football Week Day 3 - Super easy page (again)

Thanks for coming back and sticking with us, lol! I know that football can be a boring subject, personally I love it!

So this page when I tell you took me less than 30 minutes I am NOT kidding.  The green football paper that looks like the field I had in my stash.   The title is a self adhesive title from Recollections Adhesive borders. I love the fact its 12x12!! Football is life is cut from the Sports mania cartridge, matted both of my pictures and this page is done!!  Seriously less than 30 minutes!!!

Football Week Page 2 - Easy 30 minute page

As promised day two and a super easy page.  I had two black and white pictures of my son (that Dawn took).  I cropped the pictures down to the size I wanted and mounted a black football play book page (from DCWV) and cropped that down to 10x10 and mounted that on a black piece of 12x12 paper.  The word football is a 3D sticker as are the arrow and the 0's and X's, the little football sticker on the bottom and the page is done is less than 30 minutes!!  Super easy!!

Football Week (Don't turn away, we will show you fun easy pages)

Good Morning! I hope everyone had a great weekend and got some crafting in.  I was able to squeeze some in this weekend, of course not as much as I would have liked.

So a while back I mentioned that I was working on football album for my son as he graduating HS this year.

I am going to show you my pages all week long and how easy and fast each page went together.  We know we have a ton of card makers that follow us, but we wanted to show you how easy scrapbooking can be.  So please tune in during the week and see what we have for you.

This is the album I bought at Michael s with a coupon that cost me 5 bucks!! The name Alexander was already on there, so I feel like it was calling my name, (Alex is my son's name).  I cropped my favorite picture of my son and his coach and the album cover is done!!  Easy/Peasy!!

I went to Michael's and AC Moore knowing I was going to do this album and bought a bunch of different football embellishments knowing I could use on different pages, so that really made this so much easier.

Thanks for stopping by.

Senior Day (so sad for the Mom)

This past Saturday was Senior Day at my son's football game.  It was his last home game!  He has put is heart and sole into this sport so it was a bittersweet day.  I was able to sneak a picture of his shirt and I wanted to do a page of just his shirt.  This is what I came up.

Pretty Pennants for the pennant across the top. I decided to put eyelets in the pennants to help hold the string.  I did mange to rip a few, but I covered them up with mono.

The base paper is that chalkboard paper and the yellow around the picture is chalk.  Although it rubs off, so I am not sure why its called chalkboard paper.

The rest of the things are from my stash.

Are you ready for some Football??

My son is a Junior in High School and he plays for his school team. He loves, loves football. This was the first game of the season under the lights.

The grid above the picture is a rub-on from Jenny Bowlin. I love me so Jenny. The rest of the embellishments are from my football stash (let me tell you my football stash is two full draws of stuff!!).

When I printed out the pics, I printed them from Photoelf and I added a mask around each picture to give it a softer look.

I loved this picture of him as he looks so serious about his football business!!

Hope everyone has a funtastic day!!
