How we choose the winner is that Laurie and I assigned numbers 1 through ? based on the number participants we have in a challenge, randomly in no particular order. Then we type those numbers into Random.org , Today it chose #8 which was SANDRA's assinged number of Rose Petal Creations CONGRATS SANDRA and thank EVERYBODY for all their awesome entries.
