Laugh Often

Good morning! Sorry, I didn't get to my Harry Potter pages, but I promise I will get to them as soon as I can. I have a friend that is going through a really, really tough time. She has to be one of the strongest woman I know and has such an amazing sense of humor, I wanted to remind her I was thinking of her and to laugh often. I also saw this challenge over at one of Marlene's blogs, and I wanted to get this in over there, http://squigglefly.blogspot.com. You have to use Kraft paper. You have to check out the work of Marlene's team on this one, AMAZING!!! I am going to admit I have an addiction to Kraft Paper, I use it all the time. The base of this card is Kraft paper. Here is the recipe for this card:

Kraft paper for the base of the card.

Accent Essential Cart - for the two frames, pg 78, cut @ 3.25 and 3.75

Beyond Birthdays - Laugh Often, 2.25 and then I shadowed it.

Tim Holtz paper for the frames and the cranberry paper - Ideology - Lost and Found Paper

Tim Holtz Embossing folder Alternations (lined paper)

Swiss Dots Embossing Folder for the Laugh Often

Buttons and twine from my stash.

Great job, I love the paint or ink over the embossing lines, shows a lot of texture. And I adore the layered frames.

I'm looking forward to seeing your HP pages! Due to my course, we haven't seen the film yet - but plan to on Tuesday. That's incentive for me to finish my final paper!
